Try placing MapMarker

Cell View

Click "WhiterunWorld" from [World Space] in the [Cell View] window.

Render Window

Double-click "WhiterunOrigin" from the list view on the left.

The following warnings are displayed more than once, but click [Cancel].

The [Render Window] is displayed as follows.

After clicking the title bar of the [Render Window], move the mouse wheel within the client area of the [Render Window] to shrink it.

Hold down the space key and drag with the mouse to move the display position. Also, if necessary, use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
In this example, attention to the barrack on the left of the "Whiterun" entrance.

Arrangement of MapMarker

In [Object Window] [Filter], enter "MapMarker" and click [*All].

From the list view on the right side of [Object Window], drag & drop "MapMarker" to [Render Window].

Hold down the Shift key while dragging in the [Render window], change the viewpoint, move, expand, or shrink the display as needed.

You can see that X is floating above the ground.
Hold down the Z key and drag the up arrow to adjust the position.

Edit of MapMarker

Click "WhiterunOrigin *" in the list view on the left side of the Cell View window, click Form ID in the list view on the right, display it in descending order, and click on the "MapMarker *" you added.
(To indicate that changes have been made, "*" is added at the end of the name.)

Right click and click [Edit] from the context menu.

Enter "rrrMapMarkerSecretTeleporter" in [Reference Editor ID:].

Click the [Marker Data] tab.

Click the [Marker Data] check box and check it.
[Name] is Enter the actual display name on the game screen.
[Type] is display marker grafic.
[Visible] is checked, markers are displayed on the map.
[Can Travel To] is checked, the marker will be in discovery state and fast travel will be possible.

Click the [Linked Ref] tab.

Right-click in the list view in the [References] group and click [New] from the context menu.

(Entering the characters "WhiterunOrigin" in order will make it easier to find by incremental search.)

From the [Ref] combo box, click "MQ103Guard2HoldPositionMarker".

Set as follows, click [OK], close [Choose Reference] window, click [OK] and close [Reference] window.

Now the newly Arrangement MapMarker is displayed on the in-game map and is now fast travel to the position of the specified MQ103Guard2HoldPositionMarker.

Arrangement Teleporter

In [Object Window] [Filter], enter "TrapDoor" and click [*All].

From the list view on the right side of [Object Window], drag & drop "WinterholdTrapdoor01" to [Render Window].

Click "Interiors" from [World Space] in the [Cell View] window.
Search "RiftenRaggedFlagon" from the list.
(Entering the characters "RiftenRaggedFlagon" in order will make it easier to find by incremental search.)
Double-click "RiftenRaggedFlagon" from the list view on the left.

Right-click the "WinterholdTrapdoor01" in [Cell View], and click Edit from the context menu.
Enter "rrrTeleportRaggedFlagonIn" in [Reference Editor ID:].

Click the [Telport] tab.
Click the [Telport] check box and check it.

Click the [Select Reference in Render Window] button.
Then double click on TrapDoor Arrangement in Ragged Flagon displayed in [Render Window].

Click [OK], close [Reference] window.

Also check the contents of RaggedFlagon side.

You can now Telport from the newly created door to RaggedFlagon.
